Paradise Online Service is a professional business solutions company offering services including but not limited to GST Registration, ITR Filing, TDS Filing, E-Commerce Account Management, Trade License, FSSAI Registration, Digital Marketing, and Virtual Office (VPOB/APOB) across India. We are headquartered at B-364, Karan Vihar Phase 1, Kirari, Delhi – 110086.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following categories of services:

Compliance & Legal: GST Registration, GST Return Filing, ITR Filing, TDS Filing, Trade License, FSSAI Registration, Trademark Registration, E-Way Billing.
E-Commerce Solutions: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit & Zepto onboarding, APOB/VPOB registration, account management.
Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, SMM, SMO, Amazon & Flipkart Ads.
Financial Services: Business Loan & Gold Loan referrals through our partnership with Muthoot Fincorp, Investment & Insurance Plans guidance.
Other Services: Website Design & Development, Video Editing, Data Analytics, Google Business Profile Listing.

All services are subject to applicable government fees, timelines, and regulatory approvals which are beyond our control. We act as a facilitating intermediary and are not responsible for delays caused by government portals or third-party agencies.

3. Client Responsibilities

By availing our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as required.
Cooperate with our team in a timely manner to avoid service delays.
Not misrepresent your identity, business nature, or any information submitted to government portals.
Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of India.
Inform us immediately of any changes in your business details that may affect ongoing services.

Paradise Online Service shall not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

All service fees are communicated upfront and must be confirmed before work begins.
Fees are exclusive of Government filing fees, portal charges, and applicable GST (18%) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed modes.
Service commencement is subject to receipt of the agreed payment or advance as applicable.
Any changes in scope of work after confirmation may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be considered only if the service has not yet been initiated on our end.
Once documents have been submitted to government portals or work has commenced, no refund will be issued for professional fees.
Government fees paid to portals are non-refundable in any circumstance.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email to info@paradiseonlineservice.com) within 24 hours of payment.
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days upon approval.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and treat all client information with strict confidentiality.

All personal, business, and financial data shared with us is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third party except as required by law or government authorities.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Paradise Online Service. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paradise Online Service shall not be held liable for:

Delays or rejections caused by government departments, portals, or third-party platforms.
Any loss, penalty, or legal action arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use our services.
Technical downtime, outages, or errors on government or third-party portals.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fee actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services & Partnerships

Paradise Online Service is a Direct Referral Partner of Muthoot Fincorp. Any financial products (loans, gold loans, insurance, investment plans) referred through us are governed by Muthoot Fincorp's own terms and conditions. We do not guarantee approval of any financial product and act only as a referral intermediary.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on external websites.

10. Website Use

This website is intended for lawful use only.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its related systems.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any service or page without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
